Welcome to Denner Chiropractic & Performance, serving the Indian Land community and surrounding areas with world-leading chiropractic care, functional rehabilitation, and manual therapy.
At Denner Chiropractic & Performance, we use a unique integrated approach to pain management and rehabilitation.
By using a variety of techniques, including
- Chiropractic Manipulation
- Soft-Tissue Techniques
- Functional Rehabilitation
- Dry Needling
- Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)
We are able to provide our patients with the best possible care. This integrated approach allows us to get our patients out of pain fast, increase strength, and improve mobility.
We offer a personalized evaluation and treatment plan for each patient, using the most current and effective treatments available.
Our goal is to empower our patients to achieve their goals in life and sport. We help find solutions for more than neck and back pain. Our integrated approach allows us to get powerful results for most musculoskeletal conditions.
“Motion is lotion, Rest is rust”. Our bodies are meant to move and either due to injury, poor stabilization, or sustained postures our joints lack movement and become restricted. Joint manipulation is a safe and effective treatment option to regain range of motion and strength while decreasing pain in the body.
Most physical therapy and rehabilitation specialties give their patients the same general rehab exercises no matter the injury. We have heard countless times that providers take a cookie-cutter approach to care by giving patients outdated, ineffective, and general rehab exercises.
We will always work with you one-on-one and develop a plan specifically for your case. We use Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization a powerful rehabilitation technique.
- Kinesio-KT Taping
Kinesio Taping also known as KT taping is a popular method of dynamic taping. This allows for greater functional movement and stability than the conventional athletic tape. KT taping can be an amazing tool to have an immediate decrease in pain and an increase in performance.
- Fascial Manipulation
Fascial manipulation is the identification of specific areas of the fascia system in connection with specific limited movements. Once a limited or painful movement is identified, then a specific point on the fascia system is then appropriately manipulated. This results in a decrease in pain and an increase in movement.
Dry needling is a popular tool in the sports world. The benefits are ideal for any athlete. Dry needling is proven to decrease inflammation, increase blood flow, decrease exercise-induced soreness, and increase mobility!
- Active Release Technique
ART stands for Active Release Technique, it is a tool used for the treatment of many musculoskeletal conditions. We use ART to treat tight musculature allowing for a return of your body's function through a movement-based approach. ART is commonly used on plantar fasciitis, Golfers/Tennis elbow, Patellofemoral pain syndrome, and Iliotibial band syndrome.
Stress Fractures/ Stress Reactions
Acute Ankle sprains
Anterior Tibial Stress Syndrome (Shin Splints)
Snapping hip syndrome
Hip Flexor Strain
Denner Chiropractic & Performance is the only Complete Concussion Management certified clinic in the Carolinas.
Showing our dedication to providing the highest level of evidence-based care in the concussion field.
Current research as shown the “wait and rest” approach is out-dated and can be detrimental to recovery. Current evidence has shown that both acute and chronic care should be managed by rehab professionals.
At Denner Chiropractic & Performance our training and skill set allow our patients access to the latest in both the rehabilitation and manual therapy care they need for concussion injuries.

A Detailed Examination
We will sit down with you to understand your pain points and give you an accurate diagnosis by evaluating your biomechanics, strength, and mobility.
An Evidence-Based Personalized Treatment Plan
Our patients are educated on their diagnoses, so everyone is on board for outstanding results.
One on One Hands-On Care
We give you the personalized care you need to start seeing results fast.
While medical doctors are excellent at diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, they may not have the specialized training in conservative healthcare that we do. Our extensive training in manual therapy allows us to provide the best possible care for musculoskeletal complaints. We will refer you to the most appropriate provider if additional diagnostic imaging or treatment is needed.
Our treatment approach is always one-on-one and hands-on. Typically a follow-up visit is 20 minutes and begins with a quick assessment of your functional improvements followed by a comprehensive care plan that involves a combination of joint manipulation, soft tissue work, rehabilitative exercise, dry needling, and other techniques.
