About Dr. Denner
Dr. Matheau Denner, a Marvin, North Carolina native, attended Marvin Ridge High School before pursuing an Athletic Training degree at the University of Alabama. During his time there, he worked alongside some of the best athletes and sports medicine staff, gaining invaluable experience that would help him as a chiropractor.
Dr. Denner later attended Logan University where he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Specializing in treating musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, post-concussion syndrome, pregnancy/pediatrics, and geriatric conditions.
Dr. Matheau Denner has completed over 600 continuing education credit hours in topics such as rehabilitation, acute and chronic sports injury care, developmental kinesiology, pediatrics, acute concussion care, post-concussion syndrome, TMJ disorder treatment, disc pain, fascial manipulation, and neurodynamics.
He also earned his DNSP, granted by the Prague School of Rehabilitation in Prague, Czech Republic, making him the first (and currently only) Certified DNS Practitioner in the Charlotte area.
Dr. Denner has completed coursework through various manual therapy organizations, including the Motion Palpation Institute, Active Release Technique, Neurodynamic Solutions, Graston Technique, the McKenzie Institute, Complete Concussion Management, Dry Needling/Acupuncture, and the Prague School of Rehabilitation.
Dr. Denner is committed to helping people achieve a better and happier lifestyle through a functional and holistic healthcare approach.
In his free time, Dr. Denner enjoys playing/watching soccer, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
